What is micro-needling?
Similar to Facial acupuncture, Micro-Needling uses very fine needles to create micro-injuries on the skin to increase collagen production and regenerate skin cells. However, it is a more intensive treatment that targets a deeper layer of the skin known as the deep dermis.
what to expect
During treatment, the doctor will first apply a numbing cream to the skin. Once it has taken effect, the doctor begins to roll a pen-like tool with hundreds of tiny needles on the surface to create little pricks under the skin. These pricks are so small you cannot see them afterward.
Treatment usually lasts around 30-45 minutes.
After just one session, patients report seeing smoother texture, brightened complexion and firmer skin.
